Established in 2004, Lancefield Realty, Inc. was formed to serve our clients in the State of Oregon. While most of our business is within the Portland Metropolitan area, we are now licensed in both Oregon & Washington and able to serve our clients with their residential and commercial property needs. This includes investment properties, as well as properties that are part of a 1031 Tax-deferred Exchange. Most of our business is by referrals or past clients- references are available upon request. I obtained my real estate license in Oregon in the Spring of 1997. In the Spring of 2004, I became licensed as a Principal Broker. In October of 2004, I formed Lancefield Realty, Inc. for the purpose of serving my clients within the State of Oregon. The majority of my residential transactions have been on the east side of Portland, including Mt. Tabor, South Tabor, Hawthorne, Sunnyside, Belmont, Sellwood, Alameda, Hollywood and St. John’s neighborhoods. 

My first transaction that involved a 1031 Tax-deferred Exchange occurred in late 2007. I am able to help my clients with their residential and commercial property needs. In 2019, I obtained my Reciprocal Managing Broker’s License from the State of Washington and joined the Clark County Association of Realtors, as well as the NWMLS. I am now available to serve my clients in the Puget Sound Area as well as in Oregon & SW Washington.
